This course prepares the student for the national certification test. National certification develops, maintains, promotes and administers a nationally accredited certification and recertification program for pharmacy technicians. It enables the most effective support of pharmacists to advance patient safety. Most pharmacy employers seek applicants with a certification, and many mandate it as a requirement.
